if u have a windows 8 or 8.1 u dont need to install any Antiviruses windows defender is the best but if u have a win 7 or vista download avira antivirus its the best
The best is A V G and it is FREE. Go to AVG and download it for FREE. I have used it for 3 years. You will receive pop ups when there is a problem, explaining what the virus is. Just "click" on their icon to remove and eradicate it - usually takes 30 seconds. You get an E Mail when completed. I had Norton for a few months - very expensive and useless. Every week (if you wish), you can run a 5 mins. check with AVG to search for problems. Just one click - all gone. I have had NO problems. Most of al it is FREE. Hope this helps
For some reason, you think that an antivirus program will keep your computer infection free.
After trying several antvirus programs, maybe you will realize life comes with disappointments. You, and maybe a few other people have not had this opportunity yet.
You seem to think there is a best antivirus program, for windows 7. What if I told you it's all in your imagination, and there is no such thing as a best antivirus program.
I have tried several different kinds of antivirus programs to no prevail.
A colleague i work with insists Panda Antivirus is very good, and all the machines we use at work are windows 7. Haven't found any problems with it myself.
I like to use Unthreat Antivirus, it's free and really easy to use. Haven't had a virus since I got it.
If u want to use the MS product then u can try Microsoft Security Essentials, it's pretty well. Or if u want to use other Kaspersky anti virus is can very helpful to. I'm also use it for PC.
Microsoft Security Essentials is pretty good, but if you are looking for a virus-immune OS, I suggest having a look at OS X (Mac) or the free alternative, Linux.
