She can either:
1. Look at your history, this is by click "CTRL + H", delete any history you don't want your parents to see.
2. Your YouTube login has all your history, go onto your account settings and delete it from there too!
She could potentially read your browser history, you can bypass this by using one of the many "private browsing" modes available in browsers or by deleting your history.
She could also be running ip sweeping software or a keylogger, but I doubt it. If either of your parents are engineers however, it is possible. <
