This question is pretty vague. If it's a wild bird, that's just what they do. If it's a pet bird, you can try teaching it something else to replace it, but once a parrot finds a noise they like, they don't usually stop.
Bird noises may be what we do not want to hear but their communications are meant for others of their kind. They likely do not want to hear us either.
Birds make whatever sounds they are supposed to make. It is normal and natural for them to do so. If you don't like the sound, move away from the cage.
get one of those fake owls or snakes or even a fake large breed cat and put it in the tree...perhaps it will make them avoid the area. the first time i can to south dakota, i stayed with my oldest sister and her husband. he worked the night shift and had to sleep in the daytime. right out his window a huge cloud of red winged blackbirds would congregate, shrieking as loud as they could. it drove him crazy. we actually ended up moving. :( <
