I think this is a lesson of not believing gossip- are you willing to kill your bird just to make some sort of show out of the poor critter?
Dont paint his wing becuase if he starts preening him self his gonna get toxic paints in his mouth witch could harm him
if you love your bird you will not risk it for your own entertainment. if you do not love your bird...give it to someone else before you kill it. holidays are for humans...animals could care less, except for the possibility of tasty treats. halloween means nothing to your bird. give it some respect. <
